Cascade Motors is growing! We aren't your typical "big box" dealership. We are a high-volume, enthusiast-focused store in Portland specializing in performance Subarus and German engineering (BMW, Audi, Porsche), though our 90+ vehicle inventory features a little bit of everything. We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales & Finance Specialist to join our tight-knit team. If you're the person your friends always call for car advice, and you have the sales drive to match, we want to talk to you. The "One-Person" Advantage At Cascade Motors, we believe in a seamless customer experience. We operate on a start-to-finish sales model. This means you are the sole point of contact for your client—handling everything from the initial inquiry and test drive to the final finance paperwork and delivery. What You'll Bring to the
Team Experience:
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are open to sales pros from other industries. We will train the right person with the right attitude.
F&I Knowledge:
Experience with automotive financing and insurance (F&I) is a huge plus , as you will be desked with handling your own contracts.
Enthusiast Mindset:
You should know your WRXs from your STIs and your M-series from your S-lines. Passion for the product is what sells here.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM tools and managing digital leads (we sell and ship cars nationwide!).
Professionalism:
You're organized, detail-oriented, and can guide a customer through a complex transaction with ease.
