Closing Process:
Manage the transition from sales to finance, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient contracting experienceAnalyze Credit Portfolios:
Evaluate customer credit applications to match guests with the ideal lending institutions and lease programsDrive Ancillary Revenue:
Educate guests on the benefits of vehicle service contracts, theft protection, and prepaid maintenance plansAudit Deal Paperwork:
Maintain 100% accuracy in all legal documentation to ensure rapid funding and strict regulatory complianceOptimize Sales Velocity:

A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a retail automotive F&I department.Technical Skillset:
Proficiency in Dealertrack, RouteOne, and major DMS platforms is highly preferred.Communication Prowess:
Ability to handle high-pressure negotiations with poise and professional transparency.Compliance Standards:
A clean record with a Valid Driver's License and a commitment to ethical lending.Corporate Hiring Requirements:
