Cash Posting Specialist Pay:
$29.42-$30.42/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00

Camp Hill, PA Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Level 1 Cash Posting Specialist to support Treasury and Revenue Cycle operations by accurately processing, posting, scanning, and routing payments and financial documentation. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, experience with payment posting or revenue cycle operations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Accurately post paper payments and electronic (835) remittances. Scan, index, and route EOBs, correspondence, refunds, and payment documentation. Process incoming mail, sort payments, and prepare outgoing mail. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures. Verify payment batches, reconcile transactions, and assist with reducing unapplied cash. Process documentation for multiple healthcare entities while maintaining accuracy. Report discrepancies, system issues, or payment exceptions. Participate in cross-training, special projects, and process improvement initiatives. Protect confidential patient and financial information in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Experience in cash posting, payment processing, medical billing, revenue cycle, accounts receivable, banking, or healthcare finance preferred. Strong data entry and document management skills. Experience scanning, indexing, and organizing financial or medical documents. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized systems. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.
