This is a first-party, B2B collections and lease servicing role where you will work directly with medical practices, office managers, and business owners to provide solutions, protect client relationships, and support account resolution. The work is consultative, professional, and focused on long-term partnership- not high-volume consumer collections. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial / B2B medical equipment lease accounts.
- Communicate directly with healthcare practices and decision-makers.
- Review lease agreements, payment histories, and account documentation.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and structured repayment plans.
- Provide consultative account servicing and resolution strategies.
- Identify risk indicators and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional, solution-focused communication.
- Document account activity accurately within client AR and servicing systems. Performance Expectations
- Demonstrate consistent activity levels and proactive outreach to support account resolution goals.
- Maintain high-quality compliance and documentation standards.
- Effectively balance relationship management with strong negotiation skills.
- Consistently drive portfolio performance while preserving long-term client partnerships. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent related work experience is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) highly preferred to effectively support a diverse client base.
- 2+ years of experience in first-party collections, commercial/B2B collections, lease servicing, or healthcare finance.
- Experience with equipment leasing, commercial finance, or medical practice accounts strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full accountability for managing an assigned portfolio upon completion of training.
- Professional and consultative approach to account resolution.
- Goal-oriented with a track record driving results.
