Job Overview We are a well-established financial and insurance services firm with 16 years in business , expanding our presence in Southern Utah and Nevada . We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Financial & Insurance Specialist to join our team and play a key role in helping individuals and families navigate their financial and insurance decisions with confidence and clarity. In this role, you will be at the forefront of client engagement conducting personalized consultations, educating clients on insurance-based financial and retirement strategies, and guiding them through solutions that support long-term financial security. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and understand client needs will be critical to your success. This is a career opportunity , not an entry-level sales role. It offers the ability to combine sales expertise with customer service excellence , supported by mentorship, proven systems, and a collaborative environment. The right candidate will enjoy making a meaningful impact on clients' financial well-being while building a long-term, scalable practice in the financial and insurance industry. What You'll Do
ALL TRAINING PROVIDED
Design insurance-based financial and retirement strategies for clients Educate families on life insurance and wealth protection solutions Review existing insurance and financial products and recommend improvements when appropriate Conduct client meetings virtually (Zoom), with some local interaction as needed Build long-term client relationships and a sustainable book of business Compensation Structure Base + commission Base pay starts after licensing and onboarding Typical first-year income: $90,000-$130,000 for consistent producers $250,000 + per year for established agents Performance-based with strong long-term upside Licensing Insurance license required Licensing timeline: typically 1-2 weeks We will assist you through licensing process Location Live in or near St. George, UT , Las Vegas, NV , or Salt Lake City, UT Ideal Candidate Background in sales, customer service, finance, real estate, insurance Professional, confident communicator Self-motivated and effective in a remote setting Seeking a long-term career in financial services What We Offer Remote role with local-market focus Uncapped commissions One-on-one mentorship & complete training on products and services Proven systems, marketing, and support Ownership and agency-building opportunities Clear path to advanced markets and leadership Interview & Application Process In-person interview at our Las Vegas or St. George office (Virtual interview available for qualified candidates) Selection based on professionalism, coachability, and long-term fit Resume and brief statement of interest required
