If you're excited to be a go-to resource who helps move cases forward, this could be a great fit. Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Case Central, which delivers high-quality financial planning reports and case design for our Financial Services Professionals. What You'll Do Gather, analyze, and summarize financial information provided by Financial Services Professionals Create financial planning reports and run product illustrations as instructed Work to become a resource for our Financial Services Professionals regarding our software, our products, and key financial planning concepts Provide case redesign based on progression of case/appointment process Manage communication among parties involved, including Case Central team members, Gradient team members (including internal stakeholders) and the Financial Services Professional Establish relationships with Financial Services Professionals and cross-functional Gradient employees What you Bring High School Diploma or GED
  • Required Previous customer service experience
  • Preferred Previous financial services industry experience
  • Preferred Basic knowledge of annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory products and services
  • Preferred Basic knowledge of key financial planning topics
