Higginbotham Financial, has an immediate opening for a Financial Documentation Specialist in their Irvine, CA office. Higginbotham provides a single source solution for insurance, financial & HR services through a unified group of regional offices with global capabilities. As a Higginbotham Financial offers all the resources that differentiate the group, paired with the personal service that further distinguishes us. Reporting to Vice President in Finance Department and focusing on our financed life insurance policies, the position acts as the liaison between our clients, sales team, lenders, intermediaries, and insurance carriers on both new and in-force business. This role involves all aspects of implementing a financing transaction, from collating financial documents and information to full review and preparation of loan document packages. Additionally, this position will be tasked with proper tracking and servicing of these transactions.
Work Location:
Irvine, California; hybrid work schedule is possible for qualified candidates
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field Prior experience working in banking or finance is highly desirable Skills required: Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented Excellent time management skills Strong ownership skills Proactiveness Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel Experience with Mac OS preferred
