September 14, 2026 Job Summary Ready to own the details that make complex solar deals close smoothly? As the Transaction Specialist at Resonant Energy, you'll manage the consent, tax credit, and data processes that enable our clients to get their projects built.What You'll Do:
You'll independently manage the investor and lender consent process across all active projects, tracking deadlines and building relationships with external parties to keep approvals moving. You'll lead client-facing support for ITC adders, Direct Pay, and ITC transfer applications, maintaining accurate tracking systems from submission through approval. You'll also own the integrity of Salesforce data across the sales and partnerships teams, catching errors, preparing monthly pipeline reports, and identifying improvements to what gets tracked and how.You'll Thrive If You:
Enjoy managing multiple detailed processes at once without losing accuracy or missing deadlines Have a working knowledge of tax equity structures, finance, or contracting, or are eager to build that expertise quickly Take initiative to spot inefficiencies in a process and fix them rather than just working around them Are skilled at building relationships with clients, investors and lenders Care about data accuracy and catch inconsistencies before they become bigger problems Your Responsibilities Investor & Lender Consent Management Independently manage the investor and lender consent process across all active projects, including document generation, deadline tracking, and relationship management with external parties Build relationships with investors and lenders to support efficient consent approvals Identify and implement process improvements that reduce time and friction in the consent approval process ITC Adder & Direct Pay Management Lead client-facing support for applying for ITC adders, Direct Pay, and ITC transfer Maintain internal tracking systems for client data, application submissions, and approval status Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy in tax credit application and management Salesforce Data Management Review partnerships and sales team Salesforce data for errors and inconsistencies; coordinate resolution with relevant team members Prepare monthly reports on sales team pipeline progress by market segment, financing type, and other key factors Ensure dashboards tracking sales team progress are accurate and visible Identify improvements to what information is tracked and how, and coordinate implementation with the database team Your Qualifications Alignment with ourPrinciples Community:

Education , Experience & Credentials Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience working with financiers & lenders, working in commercial real estate development transactions, or working in corporate/business law, contracting or lendingPreferred:
