Job Description Summary The Business Coordinator, reporting directly to the System Financial Operations Directors, serves as a strategic partner and operational leader, supporting the directors and associated system divisions through high-level administrative and financial coordination. Provides leadership support in developing, implementing and monitoring financial operations with a focus on key areas including Strategic Ventures, Long Range Financial Planning and Capital financial tracking along with report distribution for cICCE and Corporate Finance areas. This role supports leaders with coordination of meetings and distribution of minutes. With limited supervision, this position assists with additional assignments as requested. In addition to financial responsibilities, the Business Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to system leadership. This includes complex calendar coordination, invoice and payment management, employee relations support, and facilitation of onboarding and orientation processes. The role also leads project management functions for executive-level committees—such as the Budget Oversight Committee and Finance Executive Committee—by organizing meetings, preparing and distributing materials, documenting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Additional Job Description Responsibilities:
Serves as administrative support for the System Financial Operations Leaders and Care Team members. Completes report requests from leadership team. Maintains and distributes regular reporting to leadership team. Completes analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities for continued improvement.
Financial Management Reporting:
Reviews and maintains financial reporting and presentations for the System Financial Operations.
