Cedar Park, TX Job Details 19 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing back-up support to the finance department which includes Legal, PI settlements and other departments with various administrative needs and tasks to ensure efficient operation.
Essential Functions:
Collect, analyze, open and organize mail from all facilities, company po box and HQ Mailbox and disseminate to appropriate departments. Scan and upload correspondence to appropriate folders so external billing company can process. Daily deposit runs to bank. Assist purchasing department with operational purchasing and tracking at the facilities. Computer/laptop inventory, assignment, and tracking; reporting to Human Resources to add to employee asset list. Use database queries, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and other analytics techniques to obtain reporting information required to assist legal and finance department. Extraction of data from Revenue Cycle Management system to prepare Physician reports and submit to payroll for processing. Collaborate with various departments on any reporting needs. Work on special projects for the finance and legal department as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred
Licenses/Certification:
N/A Experience:
2+ years as an operations analyst or a similar position
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills
