PREREQUISITES

Must have passed the EPISD clerical exam [between 10/19 - 10/21; or possess an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Ability to acquire an understanding of systematic, numerical recordkeeping procedures with attention to detail to avoid errors

Ability to communicate well with others (written and oral)

Ability to understand written and oral instructions

Knowledge of basic accounting principals

Must be computer literate and possess typing skills

Must possess excellent organizational skills

Three (3) years secretarial experience preferred in public environment
