Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am-5:00pm As a Financial Services Leasing Specialist, you will help manage our client's North American car leasing program. Along with acting as a primary point of contact for customers, you will also collaborate with internal and external teams to service the portfolio. The right person for this job will be detailed-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. A successful candidate will be ready to take on more responsibilities related to operational efficiency and project management. Communication skills are key in this role as you will be working with customers and peers across.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial services customer support via phone and email channels related to various account management functions Lease end servicing and return processing Thoroughly read and respond to customer inquiries Work cross functionally with internal teams Provide sufficient field support via pings/emails Have basic understanding of outlook, excel, power point Identifying any in-app issues Proactive upcoming maturity outreach Outbound outreach for past maturity Manual extension outreach for CA and joint accounts Clean up for unreceived vehicles Invoice inaccuracy adjustments Refund for leased accounts
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in leasing. Bachelor's degree is a plus. Proficient with computer skills. Good communication skills.
