Schedule:
Primarily Monday-Friday with flexible hours. Some weekend work may be required when traveling. Candidates must be available during key reporting periods throughout the year. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support financial operations, contract property management, and reporting activities. This role involves reviewing financial records, processing reports, tracking funds, supporting contract closeouts, and helping ensure accurate financial and property data. What You'll Do Review and process financial and property-related reports.
  • Track funding, payments, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records in financial systems and databases.
  • Support contract closeout activities and reporting requirements.
  • Review financial data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process travel and other reimbursement requests.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding financial and administrative processes.
  • Assist with report preparation and data analysis.
  • Help resolve routine financial and system-related issues.
  • Support users of financial systems and provide basic guidance and training.
  • Work with team members to ensure records meet government and company requirements.
  • Assist with special projects, audits, and reporting deadlines. Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or an additional two years of related experience in place of the degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial records management, contract administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with financial data and maintain accurate records.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable learning and using financial systems and databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills
  • Experience with accounting, financial reporting, or contract administration.
  • Familiarity with financial systems, databases, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to identify and resolve routine financial issues.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Additional Information
  • Some domestic travel may be required to support other locations.
  • This position supports contract property management, financial reporting, and contract closeout activities.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with recurring reporting deadlines throughout the year.
