Primary Responsibilities:

Manage Medicaid, Medicare, and LTC insurance billing, including VA benefits processing Oversee Accounts Receivable, collections, client invoicing, and payroll Maintain accurate client and caregiver records within the operating system Collect and report financial data to monitor and improve business performance Manage healthcare benefits and focus on immediate financial management tasks Maintain open communication with the franchise owner, staff, and families to resolve concerns Represent the mission and values of the Home Instead franchise through reliable, office-based attendance

Secondary Responsibilities:

Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary
