How You'll Make an Impact as a Financial Specialist Partner with Global and North America TAPFIN leadership to drive profitable, market-leading growth through actionable financial analysis, performance visibility, and strategic insights. Own accurate, timely financials and deliver forward-looking projections; analyze trends across clients, service offerings and regions to inform decisions and optimize performance. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with business leaders to set targets, track performance, and adjust plans to meet financial objectives Develop pricing models and investment cases with clear ROI; collaborate with sales and business leaders to ensure competitive, data-driven decisions. Align operating metrics with financial outcomes by partnering with analytics teams; drive leadership understanding of key drivers, performance levers, and dashboard insights. Oversee commission and incentive programs, ensuring accurate calculations, alignment with performance metrics, and support of sales and business objectives Communicate insights to senior leadership and lead strategic analyses; enhance processes through documentation, automation, and cross-functional finance collaboration. Collaborate with global colleagues in a matrixed environment to align financial strategies, share best practices, and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Qualifications Requirements:
4-6 years financial operations experience including business partnership, planning, financial analysis and modeling.
