Ensure Accuracy. Support Cash Flow. Drive Financial Integrity. Are you detail-oriented and energized by working with data and financial transactions? We're looking for a Cash Application Specialist to support the accurate and timely application of cash receipts while helping maintain the integrity of accounts receivable processes. In this role, you'll manage daily cash postings, support deduction processing, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure financial accuracy and visibility. Your work will play a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and supporting overall financial operations. What You'll Do Apply daily cash receipts accurately, posting lockbox and other payments to customer accounts within the ERP system Manage customer deductions and coding, assembling and distributing supporting documentation to Credit and Finance teams Retrieve and validate deduction support, accessing customer portals and third-party systems to gather rebate and program documentation Create and process credit memos, supporting resolution of deductions and account adjustments Process daily scrap billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing Maintain high levels of data accuracy, ensuring all transactions are entered correctly and consistently Support accounts receivable operations, meeting deadlines and maintaining organized financial records Communicate effectively across teams, partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure alignment Why This Role Matters Accurate cash application is critical to maintaining financial health and operational efficiency.
