Job Description
Do you want to play a key role at the intersection of finance, sales operations, and customer experience? Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our financial processes while working closely with both customers and internal sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Finance/Operations Specialist , you will help ensure smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and a seamless experience for our customers. You will play an important role in managing receivables, supporting commission processes, and assisting with day-to-day financial inquiries, while also gaining exposure to broader sales operations and reporting functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills across finance, systems, and operations as we continue to evolve our tools and processes. The Role As Finance & Sales Operations Specialist, you act as a key support function between finance, sales, and our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing Accounts Receivable processes, including tracking outstanding balances and supporting collections Preparing and maintaining ACH and commission reporting with a high level of accuracy Responding to customer finance and payment inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assisting customers with setting up and managing autopay and other payment methods Generating and distributing account statements Supporting invoicing, payment matching, and account credit processes as needed Assisting with order approval processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Learning and supporting internal reporting across sales and finance functions Working within accounting and business management systems, while adapting to new platforms as systems evolve Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and ensure data accuracy across systems About CowManager and the Team CowManager is an innovative, globally operating company in the agricultural sector, driven by big data and cow welfare.
