Venture Capital Analyst - Fintech A global venture investment firm focused on fintech and climate innovation is hiring a Venture Capital Analyst to support sourcing, diligence, and portfolio workflow. The role offers early responsibility, high deal volume, and strong exposure to founders and emerging technologies. Responsibilities Source early‑stage startups by attending industry events and building relationships with founders and investors. Track deal flow and maintain organized, up‑to‑date insights on companies and market trends. Support investment analysis through financial modeling, market sizing, competitive research, and evaluation of business assumptions. Qualifications 1-3 years in investment banking, consulting, VC/PE, or similar analytical roles. Strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with fintech or tech ecosystems. Highly organized, independent, detail‑oriented, and intellectually curious. Creative thinker with high integrity and strong work ethic.
