Quant Trader:

Quant Developer:
Design and implement high-performance trading systems and tools Collaborate with researchers and traders to translate ideas into robust, scalable code Improve infrastructure, latency, and deployment workflows Ensure reliable operation in live trading environments Requirements Technical background (Maths, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics, Quant Finance or similar quantitative studies) Programming knowledge in Python, MATLAB, R or C++ Passion for financial markets, in-depth analysis, and modelling Ability to understand mathematical theory and translate it into practice Understanding of risk and reward patterns Good communication skills Attention to detail Analytical approach to solving complex problems Competitive but cooperative attitude Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
