Job Description
Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated, Tampa, Florida law firm seeks qualified attorneys for its Corporate & Transactional practice group. Candidates must have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions or private equity transactions. The firm will also consider candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the same relevant areas for additional needs within the group. Qualified new graduates with a strong academic background and relevant coursework may also be considered. All positions require excellent academic credentials and qualifications, a strong work ethic and comparable law firm experience (if applicable). These associate positions give you the opportunity to practice in a broad range of areas to include corporate, M&A, private equity, securities and real estate joint ventures. They offer immediate responsibility and client interaction, a partnership track opportunity and excellent compensation and benefits.
