Finance Manager, Consolidations & Reporting Location:

Aliso Viejo, CA How will you make an impact? The Finance Manager, Consolidations & Reporting will play a key role within the FP&A organization, partnering with leaders across the business to deliver strategic financial insights and executive-level reporting. This position will oversee global consolidations, support forecasting and annual planning processes, and drive systems and process improvements that enhance financial planning, reporting, and decision-making. What will you do? Lead global consolidations, executive reporting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles. Prepare variance analyses and provide actionable financial insights to leadership. Partner with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate accruals and financial reporting. Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across financial operations. Support SAP and planning tool implementations, enhancements, and optimization efforts. Design scalable reporting and analytics solutions that improve business decision-making. Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. How will you get here? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive finance experience. Experience leading financial reporting and global consolidations. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or SAP Analytics Cloud preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while partnering effectively across teams. Why Join Glaukos?
