Job Description We're recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager for a client seeking a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location:
Irvine, CA (On-site)
Salary:
$145,000-$155,000 Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant financial reporting across multiple entities, including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations. Coordinate external audits, prepare disclosures, and monitor changes in accounting standards. Prepare lender, investor, and executive reporting packages with KPIs, variance commentary, and covenant compliance tracking. Develop cash flow forecasts and support treasury functions. Drive process improvements across reporting systems and internal controls. Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive financial reporting and accounting experience. Strong
U.S. GAAP
knowledge; experience with financial statement preparation, audits, and debt/covenant reporting. Background in private equity-backed or high-growth environments strongly preferred. Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency; consolidation/reporting tools a plus. Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
