SEC Financial Reporting Manager

One of our Bioscience clients is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager to own the preparation and filing of all external financial reports in compliance with SEC regulations and

U.S. GAAP.

This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial disclosures as a publicly traded life sciences company. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Salary range:

$125-140K Soft skills needed: Collaborative, personable, eagerness to learn Key Responsibilities Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other disclosures) Ensure compliance with

U.S. GAAP, SEC

rules, and internal controls Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits Prepare and review financial statement footnotes and MD&A sections Maintain disclosure checklists and reporting calendars Support earnings release and investor reporting materials Partner with accounting, FP&A, and legal teams on technical accounting matters Monitor new accounting pronouncements and regulatory updates Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of SEC reporting or public accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Experience in a publicly traded company or Big 4 audit environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment #INDBH
