Reporting Manager Danbury, Connecticut, United States Apply for this job What You'll Be Doing Take ownership of quarterly and annual SEC reporting, using Workiva to prepare financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and oversee all XBRL tagging requirements. Play a key role in the quarterly earnings cycle by assembling financial tables for the earnings release and collaborating with Investor Relations on press releases, presentations, and supporting data. Contribute to the preparation, review, and filing of the annual Irish Modified GAAP report. Serve as a central point of contact for global business units and cross-functional teams, gathering, validating, and reviewing information for external reporting, and coordinating internal management and external auditor reviews. Execute disclosure checklists and ensure all reporting meets high-quality and compliance standards. Lead ongoing improvement efforts—particularly automation and process optimization—to strengthen data collection and reporting efficiency. Monitor evolving SEC, FASB, and other regulatory guidance; partner with the technical accounting team to assess disclosure impacts and implement updates. Provide support on special projects, including ESG reporting, research, benchmarking, and other analytical initiatives. Maintain and enhance SOX documentation, ensuring best practices are consistently applied across the reporting function. What Makes You a Strong Fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting. CPA or MBA is highly preferred. 3-4+ years of experience in public accounting or a blend of public and corporate accounting roles. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Workiva, Hyperion, or SAP is a plus. Ability to translate complex accounting concepts into clear, practical processes. Proven success driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Exceptional analytical abilities and strong attention to detail. Apply for this job
