Financial Data & Reporting Lead Location:
Hartford (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
FP&A / Financial Data & Reporting Lead- Lead reporting enhancements and develop scalable financial dashboards (Power BI)
- Partner across finance and business teams to support forecasting and planning
- Serve as the liaison between finance and systems (Oracle/PCM)
- Drive automation and improve data workflows and reporting processes
- Deliver insights and presentations to senior leadership
- Support ad hoc analytics and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
FP&A / Financial Data & Reporting Lead- 5+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytics experience
- Advanced Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation)
- Strong foundation in accounting and financial principles
