$130,000
•$150,000 Base + 40% Target Bonus (Total Compensation Approaching $200,000) Exceptional Career Opportunity for Public Accounting Leaders Our client, a Fortune-recognized publicly traded organization, is seeking a SEC Reporting & Financial Reporting Manager to join its corporate accounting leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a CPA currently working as a Manager or Senior Manager within public accounting who is ready to transition into industry and step into a highly visible leadership position with direct exposure to executive leadership and the Audit Committee. The successful candidate will inherit a well-established function and play a critical role in financial reporting, SEC compliance, consolidations, and strategic finance initiatives across a large and complex organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of external financial reporting and SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K Manage the monthly and quarterly financial consolidation process Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives Research and implement technical accounting guidance under
U.S. GAAP
Prepare presentations and reporting materials for executive leadership and the Audit Committee Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members
Qualifications:
CPA designation required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Current or recent Manager/Senior Manager experience in public accounting preferred Experience supporting publicly traded clients strongly preferred Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and SOX compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills
