Waltham, MA (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite, Tuesday anchor day)

Compensation:

$100K-$140K base + bonus Overview A high-growth, publicly traded global company is seeking a Consolidations Manager to join its Controllership team. This role will own the global consolidation process across a complex, multi-entity environment and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidations across domestic and international entities Review reporting packages and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies Prepare and review consolidation entries Investigate and resolve intercompany differences and consolidation issues Partner with regional finance teams and corporate accounting to improve reporting accuracy and transparency Support SEC reporting (footnotes, cash flow statements) and audit processes Maintain and enhance SOX/internal controls over consolidation Assist with integration of acquired entities into consolidation framework Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) Strong background in consolidations and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment Deep knowledge of

U.S. GAAP
