The opportunity Delaware North is hiring a Manager of Financial Reporting, Global Business Services to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Manager of Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for leading the financial reporting and consolidation processes, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline operations, and overseeing a team of accountants. Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:
$81,900 - $139,300 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Oversee and manage the financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly financial reporting and consolidation Coordinating and supporting the year-end financial external audits and the preparation of financial statements in according with
U.S. GAAP
Preparation of quarterly and annual debt compliance reporting packages and communication of results with senior leaders Develop team members by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships More about you Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; professional certification such as CPA or MBA strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role or equivalent Financial statement preparation experience required. Public accounting experience preferred Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statements Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems such as Blackline, Workday, and OneStream a plus Shift details Days Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
