Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$81,900 - $139,300 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Preparation of quarterly and annual debt compliance reporting packages and communication of results with senior leaders Develop team members by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships More about you Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; professional certification such as CPA or MBA strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role or equivalent Financial statement preparation experience required.
