Company Overview:
A leading quantitative investment management firm applies a scientific approach to investing, leveraging technology, AI, and data science to deliver alpha for investors. They are seeking a Reporting Analyst to manage regulatory, investor, and internal reporting obligations.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the reporting processes for registered investment advisers. Prepare, review, and submit over 200 regulatory filings across 15 regulatory authorities. Coordinate the preparation, review, and distribution of over 150 investor reports. Research and analyze rule changes to ensure reporting remains current and accurate. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and improve data quality. Work with business analysts and engineering resources to develop the reporting platform. Produce and maintain documentation of processes, assumptions, and controls. Collaborate across departments to support evolving business and reporting needs. Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests from internal collaborators.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in financial services, with hedge fund or regulatory reporting experience as an asset. BA/BS degree with a strong academic record. Experience in regulatory filing/compliance, audit/accounting, or progress toward the CFA designation is a plus. Strong analytical skills for working through large data sets. Ability to research technical matters and interpret disclosure requirements. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Salary:
