Job Description

Manager of FP&A (42552) Our client is a global industry leader seeking a Manager of FP&A to join their corporate finance organization. This highly visible role will lead financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation activities while partnering cross-functionally with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:
Lead the consolidation of monthly financial results, forecasts, and annual planning processes across a large multi-entity organization Partner closely with accounting teams to ensure alignment between FP&A reporting, financial statements, and business performance metrics Support executive leadership through financial reporting, presentations, and actionable business insights Drive forecast accuracy through variance analysis, trend evaluation, and process improvements Assist with system implementations, reporting automation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to FP&A processes and data quality Support large-scale reporting and consolidation projects, including enhancements to financial systems and reporting capabilities Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 6+ years of progressive accounting and/or FP&A experience Prior people management experience Public accounting foundation and corporate FP&A experience highly preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
