This role ensures the accurate reconciliation of employer payments, verifies contribution rates, manages billing adjustments, and maintains employer and participant data. The position serves as a key point of contact for employers and participants, providing support related to contribution status, eligibility, reciprocity, and benefit-related inquiries. Additional responsibilities include assisting with month-end financial processes, maintaining files and records, supporting employer reporting systems, processing reciprocity contributions, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality requirements.
