Monday-Friday, business hours About the Role We are looking for a licensed financial professional to become a key "right hand" team member in a growing financial practice. This role is ideal for someone who loves the financial services industry, enjoys working with clients and advisors, but does not want to focus heavily on prospecting or business development. The right person will be highly organized, team-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow with the practice. You will participate in client meetings, help process new accounts and life insurance applications, support day-to-day client service needs, and play an important role in delivering a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-up items Support the advisor with preparation before and after client appointments Process new accounts, account updates, transfers, and service requests Assist with life insurance applications and related paperwork Communicate with clients, carriers, custodians, and internal team members Help maintain accurate client records and documentation Track pending business and follow up on outstanding items Provide excellent service in a professional, team-focused environment Grow into a trusted support role within the practice Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of financial services industry experience Active Series 6 or Series 7 license required Active Series 65 or Series 66 license required Life insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain Strong organizational and follow-through skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working directly with clients Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset Experience processing accounts, insurance applications, or client service paperwork strongly preferred Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you have been a financial professional but do not enjoy prospecting.
