Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

3+ years of direct lending or credit support experience, with a focus on business relationships Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong organizational skills; able to manage, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
