Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking Monrovia, CA

Full-Time Salary:

$100,000 - $191,000 per year + bonus Job Summary A well-established regional bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of Commercial and/or Commercial Real Estate clients. This role is responsible for generating loans (including non-owner occupied CRE), deposits, and other banking products while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and/or CRE clients Generate new business across loans, deposits, and treasury services Maintain and expand existing client relationships Partner with internal teams to deliver strong client service Support department goals related to growth, revenue, and portfolio performance Participate in business development and community activities Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Assist with implementation of lending policies, audit procedures, and CRA objectives Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications 5+ years of commercial banking and/or CRE experience Proven business development and relationship management skills Strong understanding of credit and lending fundamentals Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to analyze financial information Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships Work Environment Office-based role in Monrovia, CA Standard 40-hour work week Collaborative team environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonus opportunity Full benefits package (details provided during interview process) Opportunity to build and grow a commercial banking portfolio
