As an AT&T Representative, you will answer questions and introduce services to deliver tailored solutions. The AT&T Representative role will focus on building trust and providing outstanding customer experiences. AT&T Representative Responsibilities Connect directly with customers in person to present AT&T services and develop personalized solutions to meet their needs. Represent AT&T services with professionalism, ensuring positive and impactful customer interactions that foster trust and loyalty. Learn the ins and outs of what it takes to process sales orders and manage customers accounts effectively during their product sign up Identify new opportunities by expanding client markets and contributing to community-oriented initiatives Collaborate with other members to create and execute effective sales strategies that deliver measurable results. AT&T Representative Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people. A driven and goal-oriented attitude, paired with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, resourcefulness, and creative problem-solving skills.
