AT&T Representative Responsibilities Connect directly with customers in person to present AT&T services and develop personalized solutions to meet their needs. Represent AT&T services with professionalism, ensuring positive and impactful customer interactions that foster trust and loyalty. Learn the ins and outs of what it takes to process sales orders and manage customers accounts effectively during their product sign up Identify new opportunities by expanding client markets and contributing to community-oriented initiatives Collaborate with other members to create and execute effective sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
