Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned territories and accounts, ensuring customers are satisfied with the company's products or services. Regularly review account performance to ensure that service levels are met and that clients' needs are being fulfilled. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing accounts. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our clients products and services. Address any concerns, issues, or complaints that clients may have, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Ensure that all client communications are clear and that expectations are set and met consistently. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to advise clients effectively. Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with business clients and internal teams.
