To support our team and clients during this time of growth, we are hiring a Business Representative (Verizon) in the San Bernardino area immediately. As a Business Representative (Verizon) on our team, your goal is to ensure client satisfaction, drive sales, and address any related questions or concerns. Business Representative (Verizon)
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned territories and accounts, ensuring customers are satisfied with the company's products or services. Regularly review account performance to ensure that service levels are met and that clients' needs are being fulfilled. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing accounts. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our clients products and services. Address any concerns, issues, or complaints that clients may have, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Ensure that all client communications are clear and that expectations are set and met consistently. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to advise clients effectively. Participate in Business Representative (Verizon) team meetings to share insights and provide input on product or service enhancements based on client feedback. Business Representative (Verizon)
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with business clients and internal teams. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, especially when dealing with decision-makers in business environments. Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and maintain successful client relationships. Ability to recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities, both for upselling and cross-selling. Ability to develop trust and rapport with business clients, understanding their needs and pain points. A strong customer-focused approach, with the ability to be proactive in addressing client concerns before they escalate.
