This role involves developing personalized strategies around life insurance, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation while building long-term client relationships. Agents also collaborate with established Farmers Insurance agents to help capture financial services opportunities within existing client bases. Successful candidates are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a consultative sales environment, with the opportunity to grow their own business backed by the support, training, and resources of Farmers Insurance.
Salary Range:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Home/Work Life Balance Collaborative Work Environment Requirements Must have the drive to build and grow your own book of business with a long-term, ownership mentality. Proven ability (or strong desire) to hit goals, generate revenue, and thrive in a performance-based environment. Ability to confidently build rapport, present financial solutions, and influence client decisions. Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health insurance licenses (P&C is a plus). Able to manage your own schedule, pipeline, and production without needing constant oversight. Responsibilities Identify client gaps and aggressively position life, retirement, and wealth strategies to maximize production and client value. Build a strong personal book of business by delivering high-touch service, consistent follow-ups, and long-term financial guidance. Work alongside top Farmers Insurance agents to unlock cross-sell opportunities within their existing client base and convert warm leads into closed business. Generate leads through referrals, networking, and self-sourced efforts while maintaining a strong close ratio and hitting production targets. Stay sharp on licensing, products, and market trends while managing your pipeline, tracking performance, and continuously scaling your results.
