Tucker Financial Group (TFG) is the parent organization of Tucker Advisors, a National Marketing Organization (NMO), and Tucker Wealth, our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Tucker Advisors serves as a national wholesaler of insurance-based financial products, primarily annuities and life insurance, and partners with independent agents and advisors across the country. Through training, marketing support, and innovative sales strategies, Tucker Advisors helps advisors grow their businesses and better serve their clients. Under the same umbrella, Tucker Wealth provides comprehensive investment advisory and wealth management services. What sets Tucker Financial Group apart is its integrated approach—combining a national advisor network with an in-house advisory practice in the Denver Metro area. The real-world strategies and best practices developed locally are shared with advisors nationwide, helping them deliver smarter retirement solutions to clients across the country. The Opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated recruiter / business development professional to identify and recruit independent financial advisors to our platform. This is not a typical recruiting role . This position is closer to sales and relationship building , where you will connect with experienced advisors and show them why partnering with our FMO can help grow their practice. The right person will thrive in a competitive environment and be motivated by performance-based compensation. What You'll Do
  • Prospect and connect with independent financial advisors nationwide
  • Build relationships with advisors writing annuity and insurance business
  • Present our FMO platform and explain how we help advisors scale
  • Set meetings between prospective advisors and leadership
  • Build a pipeline of recruiting opportunities
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities when applicable Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:

  • College degree or some coursework
  • Recruiting experience / financial services recruiting
  • Insurance or annuity industry experience
  • Sales or business development experience

This position includes salary plus monthly variable. Employees of Tucker Advisors enjoy a generous benefit program that consists of 401k, medical, dental, vision and paid time off. You will also enjoy a collaborative work environment where we celebrate success and hold one another accountable for results. Work week is Monday-Thursday (plus ½ day on Friday).
