- Part Time MSR position. The working hours for this position at the credit union are Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday, with every Saturday being 8:45am-12:15pm a requirement. Saturday pay is time and a half. Approximate hours will be 25+ hours per week. Extra hours occasionally available. Full Time possible in the future
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
- Educate members on financial products and services
- Maintain knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and products
- Handle cash management duties, including balancing cash drawer and reconciling transactions
- Utilize math skills to accurately process financial transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction
- Proficient in basic math calculations and retail math concepts
- Knowledge of financial services and products offered by the credit union
- Ability to handle cash management responsibilities accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial sales or cross-selling is a plus
