The role offers a competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses, with potential total annual compensation of approximately $400,000
- 600,000 for strong performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial finance, private credit, commercial banking, M&A/advisory, investment banking, ABL, factoring, SBA lending, equipment finance, or a related field, along with established relationships with banks, CPAs, attorneys, investment bankers, M&A advisors, financial advisors, private equity firms, and other referral sources. This is a relationship-driven role focused on generating repeat deal flow through professional referral partnerships . Responsibilities Develop and maintain productive relationships with banks, CPAs, attorneys, M&A advisors, investment bankers, PE firms, and other professional referral sources. Generate qualified $1M
- 25M lower-middle-market financing opportunities through an established network Build new referral channels capable of producing consistent, repeat deal flow.
Present the company's alternative-financing solutions to referral partners and prospective borrowers. Manage opportunities from initial introduction and qualification through closing. Work closely with credit, underwriting, and leadership teams to develop appropriate financing solutions. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's referral network. Proven business development, origination, or relationship-management experience within commercial finance or an adjacent financial-services field. Background in private credit, commercial banking, M&A/advisory, investment banking, ABL, factoring, SBA lending, equipment finance, or a related area. Established network of banks, CPAs, attorneys, investment bankers, M&A advisors, financial advisors, PE firms, or other professional referral partners. Demonstrated success generating repeat business through professional referral relationships . Experience with lower-middle-market transactions, ideally $1M

Strong understanding of commercial financing and lower-middle-market businesses. Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and comfortable independently developing and managing a book of business.
