This individual will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and maintaining relationships with ISOs and broker partners in the Merchant Cash Advance space. The ideal candidate is ambitious, has a strong understanding of financial products, and thrives in a performance-based environment. While a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is preferred , it is not required - drive, industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills are what matter most. Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard new ISO and broker partners. Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners, ensuring a smooth and transparent funding process. Educate ISOs on Stamford Capital Partners' products, funding programs, and syndication opportunities. Collaborate with management to drive deal flow. Monitor performance metrics and ensure partner satisfaction. Represent Stamford Capital Partners at industry events and networking opportunities. Prior experience in Merchant Cash Advance, alternative finance, or B2B sales preferred but not required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/relationship goals is a plus.
