Overview We are seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in member service, solid math skills, and cash-handling. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys engaging with people and creating a welcoming, positive experience for members. Duties Provide exceptional, personable service to members across a variety of interactions Accurately process financial transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, and cash handling Open new member accounts with a warm and professional approach Support loan origination and closings, and assist with delinquency management Assist members with account inquiries and problem resolution in a helpful, solution-focused manner Recommend financial products and services that align with member needs Maintain accurate member records and ensure data integrity Handle member phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Monitor and balance the coin machine Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented approach Proficiency in computer and math skills Experience with financial products and a basic understanding of sales techniques Ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism Skills Computers Member service Relationship-building Financial services Math proficiency Cash handling Sales and product promotion Financial sales We offer a competitive salary , room for professional growth , and a collaborative work environment .
