- Full-time Description SmartPro Financial is looking for a new team member to join our team.
What Winning Looks Like:
Work with our rep-advisors on all customer service-related communication Respond to all emails and voicemails in a timely manner Prepare paperwork for new and existing accounts Review paperwork for accuracy and submit paperwork for processing Follow-up with clients via phone or email for additional information requests or to make calls required to complete transactions. Maintain detailed notes in the CRMs and adhere to all compliance requirements Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or rep-advisor. Skills Needed toWin:
