2-Month Contract | Possible Extension or Permanent Opportunity Job Overview We are seeking a Finance Service Representative (FSR) to provide customer service and administrative support for prepaid and college savings programs. This role is responsible for processing financial and non-financial transactions accurately while following established procedures, business rules, and service-level standards. What You'll Do Process financial transactions, including participant contributions, withdrawals, refunds, monetary adjustments, plan changes, school invoices, and distributions. Process non-financial transactions, including banking changes and account updates. Complete transactions accurately and within established turnaround times. Follow company procedures, business rules, and internal service-level standards. Perform reconciliation activities for credit card contributions within the record-keeping system. Maintain accurate records and ensure transactions are processed according to established guidelines. Provide professional customer service while handling account and financial-related requests. What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, finance, banking, accounting, or administrative support preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle financial transactions and confidential information. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow detailed procedures and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation & Schedule $17/hour Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Onsite in Jacksonville, FL 2-month contract with possible extension or permanent placement
