Job Description First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Business Banking Service Representative to join our Kona team. Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary) Compensation The hourly salary range for this role is $19.00 - $23.00/hr; commensurate with experience. Responsibilities In this role, you will provide (directly and/or through Business Banking Officer) customer service, sales, and operational banking and lending support for business banking clients. Prepare management reports and other correspondence. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Associate's degree in Business or equivalent experience in operations, consultative client services, applying financial acumen, critical thinking and organizational skills required. Basic understanding of financial products and services (or equivalent experience) preferred. Basic understanding of accounting concepts preferred. PC skills using Word processing and spreadsheets. Must be highly accurate, thorough, sand capable of timely and efficient follow-up. Able to prioritize among multiple time-sensitive tasks. Possess organizational and creative problem solving skills. Possess oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Able to implement decisions made by Business Banking Officers and apply sound reasoning and judgment.
