10/5/2026, upon completion of new hire onboarding Job Overview The Financial Services Representative plays a critical part in ensuring accurate mail handling and end-to-end transaction processing for bond-related business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and delivers exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires precision, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Sort and distribute both electronic and physical mail accurately and efficiently. Review daily batch print jobs and route documents appropriately. Fold, stuff, and prepare outgoing mail. Route checks and miscellaneous correspondence to the correct departments. Type letters and manage undeliverable mail. Manage the full lifecycle of bond transactions, including new business, cancellations, reinstatements, amendments, and updates. Communicate with agents via email to provide documentation and respond to inquiries. Ensure a high level of accuracy and compliance in all processing activities. Respond to inquiries from customers, agents, brokers, and partners. Assist with financial transactions in accordance with policy guidelines. Interpret contract provisions and apply them to customer requests. Research records and reports to support accurate decision-making. Identify routine processing errors and complete corrective actions. Escalate complex or non-standard cases when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot using available resources. Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. High school diploma required; undergraduate coursework preferred. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field preferred. Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus. Basic understanding of financial transactions and contract interpretation. Familiarity with office systems, recordkeeping, and general administrative processes. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen. #TMNW
