The Digital Banking Manager will play a key role in driving the growth, delivery, and adoption of our consumer and business banking products. This role will collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience, implement digital payment solutions, support business customers, and leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for growth. Count On To:

Oversee, supervise, and coach the Digital Banking department, including both the consumer and business banking sides Evaluate and support the emerging digital banking technologies and recommend enhancements Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and digital engagement Drive debit card usage by consumers Work with the New Accounts and Marketing departments on product delivery to customers Partner with multiple stakeholders to promote key online banking tools Own strategic and operational functions of Clover, a point-of-sale program Allocate team resources and digital resources to effectively serve the customers

Knowledge And Skills:
