Job Description
World Connection is looking for energetic Phone Support Representatives to join our team! In this role, you will be taking calls for a bank and providing support to their customers. Our Phone Support Representatives are responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries to include analyzing and resolving customer problems with minimal supervision
- Responding to clients inquires and requests regarding online accounts
- Responding to clients' transactions i.e., deposits, transfers, wires, cashier's check requests, etc.
- Maintaining a current working knowledge of bank products and services
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Knowledge of basic computer technologies
- Knowledge and understanding of all bank products and services required
- Proficiency in Windows operation systems, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office Applications(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attentiveness and patience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to find the position in any situation
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, phone etiquette experience and Smartphone operating systems
