We are currently seeking a Bilingual Financial Service Representative to join our team at our Aurora Branch. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a vital role in creating positive member experiences while assisting with a variety of financial transactions and services. Previous credit union or banking experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to become a Notary Public within 12 months of employment NMLS licensed or ability to obtain licensing Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Cash-handling experience Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support others Join a team that is committed to making a difference in the lives of our members and our community.
